漁師寿司 活けいけ丸 / Ryoshi Sushi Ikeikemaru

実はね、先日「Liang Court」というデパートへ行った時、「やよい軒」という「家庭定食店」で美味い定食を食べたいです。しかし、同階段で新しい寿司屋があります。
I was thinking of having my dinner at 'Yayoi Ken' the other day. However, a new Sushi stall that was opened on the same level have attracted my attention.


あそこは「Liang Court」というデパートの地下一階です。
寿司屋の名前は「漁師寿司 活けいけ丸」。
それは日本の静岡県沼津市の「漁師寿司 活けいけ丸」の支店です。
The above shows the newly opened Japanese Sushi
restaurant 'Ryoshi Sushi Ikeikemaru' that was located
on basement 1 of 'Liang Court Shopping Centre'.
The main branch of the restaurant was located in
'Shizuoka' prefecture, 'Numazu' city.

以下は先日の晩御飯です。。。
Listed below would be my dinner of the other day.


「ぶっかけうどん」
様々な理由があるので、僕はうどんがあまり好きじゃないです。
しかし、あそこのうどんの質感がそんなに太くないし、
蕎麦みたいに食べやすいし、味が美味いです。
'Plain Udon'
Due to numerous reasons, I don't really like 'Udon'.
However, the 'Udon' over here isn't too fat and the size
of it is pretty similar to 'Soba', which is much more thinner
and much more easier to savour. Besides for the texture, the
taste of the 'Udon' over here is pretty tasty too. XD


「寿司」
もう少しお金を加えて、うどんセットになりました。
セットに美味い寿司があります。
セットに、蒸し海老寿司、玉子寿司、サーモン寿司、
マグロ寿司、こはだ寿司、生ミズダコ寿司、腐皮寿司、
様々な寿司があります。
材料が新鮮だし、材料と米のバランスがあるし、美味しいです。
'Sushi'
By topping up a bit more money, you can change the 'Udon' into
a set meal that comes with a tray of 'Sushi'. The tray of 'Sushi'
is compromise of a 'Prawn Sushi', a 'Egg Sushi', a 'Salmon Sushi',
'Tuna Sushi', 'Vinegar Gizzard Shad Sushi', 'Raw Octopus Arm Sushi'
and 'Beancurd Sushi'. The ingredients used in the 'Sushi' were pretty
fresh and the balance between the rice and the 'Sushi' were maintained
properly, which makes it ultra Yummy. XD


「大名穴子寿司」
普通の寿司以外、あそこで珍しいと特別な寿司もあります。
例えば「大名穴子寿司」とか「本マグロ 炙り大トロ寿司」とか
珍しい寿司があります。。。
しかし、「大名穴子寿司」のサイズがちょっと大き過ぎます。
一口では無理ですよ。
'Big Sea Eel Sushi'
Besides for the common Sushi, they also serve those rare and special
types of 'Sushi'. For example: 'Big Sea Eel Sushi', 'Seared Pacific
Bluefin Fat Tuna Sushi', etc... By the way, the size of the 'Big Sea
Eel Sushi' is slightly a bit too big to be eaten in one bite... =="""


先日のおすすめの寿司、さめがれい寿司(右)、
生ミズダコ寿司(左下)と大好きな安いし、爽やかな胡瓜巻き(左上)。
They also have a menu for the daily speciality/recommendations.
Shown in the above, 'Shark Skin Flounder Sushi'(Right), 'Raw Octopus
Arm Sushi'(Left Bottom) and 'Cucumber Sushi'(Left Top). In fact, I
love 'Cucumber Sushi' not just for the relatively low price only, the
refreshing sensation of the 'Sushi' is pretty good too. :D

「寿司屋の出巻玉子・明太味」
あそこで明太味とか、チーズ味とか、色々な出巻玉子があります。
明太が多いし、玉子が太いし、質感が柔らかいし、美味いです。
'Japanese Omelette (Cod Roe)'
Besides for 'Sushi', they also serve a variety of 'Japanese
Omelette' too. Ex: Cheese flavoured, Cod Roe flavoured, etc...
I have given the 'Cod Roe' Japanese Omelette a try and the
amount of 'Cod Roe' that was added were pretty generous, the size
of the 'Omelette' was pretty fat, the texture is soft and
not forgetting delicious too.


「かき氷・宇治金時」
全ての寿司と料理を食べた後、デザートを食べてみていました。
あそこの「かき氷」と日本の「かき氷」と大体同じです。
(≧∇≦)b ですね。
'Kakigoori Uji Kintoki'
(Shaved Ice with Azuki Bean Paste and Green Tea Syrup)
After having a delicious meal, a good dessert would be needed.
The Shaved Ice were pretty much similar to those of Japan,
which is a big Plus(+).

結論:
あの寿司屋は新鮮な材料を利用して、値段が高くないです。
だから、皆さん、あの寿司屋は是非一度食べてみてください。
Conclusion:
For the price that you are paying and the ingredients that were used,
I think that this 'Sushi Restaurant' is pretty good. Please give it
a try if you happen to pop by that area. :D

すき屋 / Sukiya

先週末、雨が降り続いていました。だから。。。
As it had been raining nonstop last weekend, therefore...


すきやき/しゃぶしゃぶ
(左)すきやきスープ - 味が甘いし、少し鹹過ぎます。
(右)豆乳味噌スープ - 味がちょっとつまらないです。
そこで肉は3種類があり、それは牛肉と豚肉と鶏肉です。
(そこで肉が無料で追加できますよ。)(≧∇≦)b
肉の準備方法と日本が大体同じです。客さんは肉を注文した後、
厨人は盤に薄い肉片を準備して、ウェイターが客さんに盤をあげます。
(;´Д`)スバラスィ ...ハァハァ
その上、薄い肉片は煮易いし、美味いです。
肉以外、そこで様々な野菜があります。
例えば椎茸とか、豆腐とか、魚とか、野菜の選択が多過ぎます。
'Sukiyaki/Shabu Shabu'
{Left} Sukiyaki soup base - slightly a bit salty and sweet.
{Right} Soy Milk Miso - slightly a bit boring...
Over here, they are providing you unlimited servings of Beef,
Pork and Chicken meat slices. The meat slices that you are
getting over here are pretty much similar with what you will
be getting in Japan. You will be given thin slices of meat
that can be cookwd within a shorter period of time and it can
also absorb the taste of the soup even much more better.
Besides for the generous servings of meat, they have set aside
all the other ingredients at a counter. You can pick up all
sorts of vegetables, mushrooms, fish meat, beancurd, etc...
from the counter.


アイスクリーム
食べ過ぎる後、アイスクリームを食べたいです。
「バニラ」と「チョコレート」2種類のアイスクリームがあります。
アイスクリームの上で、色々なトッピングが載ります。
そのコンビが大好きです。美しいし、美味しいです。
'Ice Cream'
After having too much food, it's time to give the 'Ice Cream'
a try. They are providing 'Vanilla' and 'Chocolate' 'Ice Cream'
over here. After spending an amount of time squeezing out all
the 'Ice Cream' that you want, you can add various types of
toppings to it, which makes it much more prettier and tastier. XD


それは「すき屋」というすきやきとしゃぶしゃぶのレストランです。
シンガポールにたくさん分店があります。以上は'Bugis+'の分店の写真です。
The name of the restaurant would be 'Sukiya'.
It specializing in Japanese 'Sukiyaki' & 'Shabu Shabu'.

人類の進化

現世に様々な地域を発展につれて、若者が色々な影響を与えて、頭が良くなって来ました。しかし、頭が良くなった同時、体のあちこちにさまざまなトラブルが生じるようになります。しかし、こちは正確な進化の段階ですか?
In the present world, we are undergoing tremendous progress in various area and as we progress further, as the younger generation are influenced by all kinds of stuff, they are getting more and more knowledgeable. But that at the same time gives a different kind of influential to their body and health. However, is this the correct path of revolution?


映画「SPEC~天~」
その映画によると、普通の人間は10%しか脳を使っていません。
脳は100%を発揮した時、様々な特殊能力を持たせています。
映画に特殊能力を持つ人間の総称は「SPEC HOLDER」です。
多分それは他の進化の階段ですか?
(もし神様が特殊能力を与えたら、皆さんどんな能力を欲しいですか?
僕は全部の特殊能力が欲しいです~~~ いい(≧∇≦)b )
'SPEC' the movie
According to the movie, an average human being will only be utilising
10% of their brain. And when he/she utilise 100% of the brain, he/she will
attain special powers. In the movie, people who have attain special powers
are known as 'SPEC Holders'. And probably this might be another alternative
to human revolution in the future?
(If you are going to attain special power in the future, what would you like
it to be? For my case, I would like to attain all sorts of powers that one
can imagine. :P
)

居酒屋・二重丸 / Izakaya - Nijyumaru

先週末、和食を食べたいけど、「Liang Court」というデパートの周りでお祭りがあって、多分人が大勢いるのでしょう。だから、他の場所へ行きました。そして。。。
Last weekend, I sudden;y have the urge of having Japanese food for dinner, but there's a ongoing carnival festival located near 'Liang Court'. Therefore, that area ought to be pretty crowded. Therefore, in order to satisfy my urge, I decided to visit a completely different area and ...

鰻重セート
鰻重セートを食べていました。
僕にとって主食より前菜の方が期待過ぎます。
多分京都で様々な美味い漬物を食べた後、今は様々な前菜が超大好きです。
その上、店によって前菜が全然違って、色々な変化があって、面白いです。いい(≧∇≦)b
そこで、前菜が美味過ぎます。つい全部を食べてしまった。Σ(・A ・;)
天婦羅が油濃くないし、カリカリです。(;´Д`)スバラスィ ...ハァハァ
'Unajyu Set', which is a box of white rice topped with grilled eel
I managed to settle down having a Japanese 'Unajyu Set'.
As for my case, it's the side dishes that makes the set meal pretty
exciting. Probably it's due to my travels to Kyoto that has broaden
my interest for the pickles and all sorts of side dishes, therefore
there are numerous situations nowadays that I think that the side
dishes are far more delicious. Best of all, the side dishes can varies.
Different restaurants will have their own unique type of side dishes,
which makes it even much more interesting. XD In fact, the side dishes
of this place are so good that I finished it within minutes.
By the way, the Tempura are pretty tasty too. It's isn't too oily and
all the Tempura are pretty crunchy. :D


以下は今日の重点です。鰻重です。
鰻の匂いをおかずにご飯が大好きです。
新鮮な鰻とご飯を一緒に食べるのが大好きです。且⊂(゚∀゚*)ウマー
しかし、鰻の量がちょっと少ないです。足りなかった。
This would be the main focus of the 'Unajyu set'.
I love the rice that are covered with the smell of the grilled eel.
Not forgetting the delicious taste that you are getting when you
have it with the grilled eel and the delicious Japanese rice.
However, the portion of grilled ell that were given will not generous
enough, therefore it can't satisfy all my needs for grilled eel. :(


これは「Cuppage Plaza」というデッパトの二階の居酒屋「二重丸」です。
Izakaya 'Nijyumaru' is located on the 2nd floor of 'Cuppage Plaza'.

注意:
  • そこは居酒屋です。だから、天婦羅とか、刺身とか、お酒とか、食べ物と飲物の種類が多すぎます。
  • しかし、食事代は家庭食堂より居酒屋の方が高いです。

Notes:
  • This is a Izakaya, therefore the menu consists of items like Tempura, Sashima, Sake, etc...
  • As compared to a normal Japanese Family Restaurant, the prices of the Izakaya can be slightly a bit more costly.
