What's your favourite choice of food when you are experiencing hot and humid weather? As for myself, Ice Cream would be the first item that comes popping out of my mind when I'm experiencing such weather. Another good reason for eating Ice Cream would be the fact that you can continue with your window shopping and lick/eat the Ice Cream at the same time. As for this week, let me introduce to you a shop selling Japanese Ice Cream. Introducing...

This shop is famous for selling Japanese Soft Cream, basically its Ice Cream which is much much softer. You can find all sorts of Ice Cream favours at this shop. For example: Tiramisu, Mango, Green Tea, etc.

シンガポール唯一無二の寿司電車/Sushi Express

皆さん、日本の新幹線を乗ったことがありませんか？僕は乗ったことがありますよ。しかし、数週間前に、第一回寿司電車を見たことがあります。
Have you taken a ride on the 'Shinkansen' of Japan before? I have taken it numerous times and the experience is fantastic. However, have you seen a 'Sushi Train' before? I finally have my first encounter with a 'Sushi Train' a few weeks ago.

そこで「IPad」を利用して、寿司とか、刺身とか、デザートとか、 さまざまな料理をオーダーします。オーダーを送ったあと。。。 You will use the 'IPad' to place your food orders. You can place orders for items like Sushi, Sashimi, Desserts, etc.

注意、注意、次は番号３５のテーブル、お寿司の安全はご注意ください。 様々な料理を電車に置いて、お客さんのテーブルを出発してきます。 かわいい玩具、盗みたいです。ワハハハハ （冗談です。XD） The train is approaching Table Number 35. Please ensure the safety of your 'Sushi'. Various type of food items will be placed on the train and sent to your table directly. The gadget is very interesting that I thought of stealing it. XP

古都京都の世界文化遺産・西芳寺（苔寺） / Sai Hou Ji (Moss Temple) - Kyoto World Cultural Heritage

今週は京都最後の世界文化遺産を紹介して来ます。この遺産の名前は「西芳寺」です。もしかすると大勢の人は「西芳寺」の名前を聞かないかもしれません。しかし、皆さん、「苔寺」の名前を聞いたことがありますか？実は、「西芳寺」別の名称は「苔寺」です。たぶん「西芳寺」より「苔寺」の名前ほうが有名です。じゃ、はじめましょう。
I finally reached the last World Heritage Site in Kyoto. The name of this site would be 'Sai Hou Ji'. Perhaps most of you haven't heard of the temple name 'Sai Hou Ji' before, but most of you would probably have heard of the 'Moss Temple' before. Actually, 'Moss Temple' was another name for 'Sai Hou Ji', but probably the name 'Moss Temple' was much much more famous than 'Sai Hou Ji'. Well, shall we begin?

以上は「西芳寺」の庭園の写真です。 この庭園に120種類以上の苔があります。全然信じられません。 実は、この庭園は昔から様々な苔を覆いた後、美しくになりました。 だから、そこで「苔寺」と呼ばれています。 The above are photos that were taken in the garden of 'Sai Hou Ji'. I totally couldn't believe the fact that more than 120 types of Moss can be found in this garden. And probably that was the same reason why they 'Sai Hou Ji' the 'Moss Temple'.

もし皆さん「西芳寺」へ参ったら、事前にお申し込みが必要です。
注意：「西芳寺」へ参る一ヶ月前に申し込んだほうがいいですよ。
If you want to pay a visit to 'Sai Hou Ji' (Moss Temple),
it is a must that you make a reservation before you make a trip to the temple.
Note: I would highly recommend you to make and confirm the reservation a month
prior you pay a visit to the temple.
