三週間前日本に行ってきました。今回の旅行にたくさん所へ行って、見て、日本の文化をもっと習っていました。とにかく、以下は東京の写真です。
I went on a trip to Japan 3 weeks ago. Throughout my trip in Japan, I have been to numerous places, seen numerous sights and most importantly, learn more about the Japanese Culture. The following are the photos that are taken in Tokyo, Japan.

一ヶ月前、日本に行ってきました。今回の旅行にたくさん所へ行って、見て、日本の文化をもっと習っていました。とにかく、以下は広島の写真です。
I went on a trip to Japan a Month ago. Throughout my trip in Japan, I have been to numerous places, seen numerous sights and most importantly, learn more about the Japanese Culture. The following are the photos that are taken in Hiroshima.

戦争の結果 / The outcome of war

この世界でお金持ち人とか、貧しい人とか、優しい人とか、様々な人もあります。だから人類は自分の理想や欲を叶うために、ついいろいろな悪いことをしてしまいました。だから、以下のところは生んでいました。。。
There are rich people, poor people, kind people all sorts of people living on Earth. Therefore, in order to satisfy their desire or fulfil their dreams, they tend to hurt others unknowingly. And the following shows one of the results of these unpleasant actions...

こちは日本の広島市の「原爆ドーム」という世界遺産です。
半世紀を経ったのに、そこの周りの雰囲気を愁いしています。
（もしかするとそこにたくさん幽霊を囲むのかもしれません。）
This would be the World Cultural Heritage site of Hiroshima, Japan.
The name of the site is known as 'Atomic Bomb Dome'.
Even though move than half a century has pass, but this place still
remain pretty gloomy, even on a sunny day.
(Could it be the spirits of those that was killed during the war
that is causing the gloomy atmosphere?)

とにかく、戦争は良いところより悪いところのほうが多いです。
環境破壊とか、人類を殺すとか、いろいろな悪いところもありますよ。
だから、戦争を掛声しないほうがいいです。
Either ways, war can only bring more damages than good advantages.
Ex: Environment damages, mass destruction, etc...
Therefore, one shouldn't be encouraging and supporting war.

'X'の後の'Y' / 'Y', which comes after 'X'

先週、僕は'X'（広島風お好み焼き）を紹介しています。'X'を食べた後、'Y'を食べて来ました。しかし、'Y'は何ですか？実はね、'Y'は広島の名物です。それは「牡蠣」です。
I have introduced 'X'(Hiroshima Style Okonomiyaki) in my earlier post. And after 'X' comes 'Y'. However, what is 'Y'? 'Y' is in fact, another speciality of Hiroshima, which is 'Oyster'.

皆さん、牡蠣を食べたことがありますか？
その上、どんな牡蠣を食べたことがありますか？
漬牡蠣を食べたことがありますか？
わははははは～～～～　僕は漬牡蠣を食べたことがありますよ。
Hi everyone, have you tried eating 'Oyster' before?
And what sort of 'Oyster' have you tried before?
Hee Hee.... I have tried pickled 'Oyster' before, but have you? :P

以上は「広島牡蠣（かき）かなわ」という 広島和食レストランの「かきづくし御膳」の写真です。 その御膳に焼き牡蠣をか、生牡蠣とか、 漬け牡蠣とか、様々な牡蠣料理を付けます。 すべての身がプリプリだし、肉厚だし、味が濃厚だし、美味いです。 とても幸せですね。(≧∇≦)b The set meal is known as 'Kaki Zukushi Meal', which is a speciality of a Japanese restaurant known as 'Hiroshima Kaki Kanawa' that is located in Hiroshima, Japan. You will be getting, Raw 'Oysters', Fried 'Oysters', pickled 'Oysters', etc... in this set meal. All the 'Oysters' are chewy, thick, deliciously tasty. I'm pretty glad that I have made this trip to this restaurant.

もし、広島へ二度行って、「かき船　かなわ」の船上で食事をしたいです。
If I happen to be in Hiroshima, Japan again,
I would like to have my meal on the 'Kanawa' boat.

先週のポストに、'Ｘ'のことを述べていました。しかし、'Ｘ'は何ですか？実はね、'X'は広島でとても有名な食べ物です。それは。。。

広島風の「お好み焼き」です。(ﾟдﾟ)ｳ-(ﾟДﾟ)ﾏｰ(ﾟAﾟ)ｲ-…ヽ(ﾟ∀ﾟ)ﾉ…ｿﾞｫｫｫｫｫ!!!!

広島風の「お好み焼き」と普通（関西風）の「お好み焼き」の違い
	広島風	普通（関西風）
調理法	生地を焼いてから、 その上材料を重ねて、焼きます。	材料と生地を混ぜて、焼きます。
以上は広島風の「お好み焼き」と普通（関西風）の「お好み焼き」の最大の違いです。 他の違いは材料の違いとか、火力の違いとか、様々な違いがあります。

What's the difference between Hiroshima-styled Okonomiyaki and the normal(Kansai-styled) Okonomiyaki?
	Hiroshima-styled	Normal Okonomiyaki
How to prepare it	Fried the Batter for a short while before adding the ingredients on top of the batter and continue frying	Mixed the batter and the ingredients together before frying
The above shows the biggest difference between the Hiroshima-styled Okonomiyaki and the normal(Kansai) Okonomiyaki. Some other differences would be the ingredients used, the type of heat energy that was used, etc...

さて、「八誠」という広島風の「お好み焼き」レストランを紹介します。
Anyway, let's move back to our main topic.
What I will be doing today would be a short introduction to 'Hassei',
which is a restaurant in Hiroshima that prepares and sell Hiroshima-styled Okonomiyaki.

小さなレストランなのに、壁が面白いでしょう。 Despite been a very small restaurant,
the decorations on the wall are pretty interesting.

面白いでしょう。いいアイディアなあああ。 壁に歌手とか、テレビ番組とか、様々な有名な人のシグナチャーがあります。 （；´Д`）ｽﾊﾞﾗｽｨ ...ﾊｧﾊｧ This is a pretty interesting idea. A wall decorated with signature's of famous people. :) (I wonder how long does it take to fully occupied the wall with signatures.)

飲み物だけでなく、「お好み焼き」の種類も多いです。 Besides for the large variety of drinks that they have, you can also find a large variety of 'Okonomiyaki' here too.

これは「シーフードスペシャル」という「お好み焼き」です。
この店で「お好み焼き」ソースとマヨネーズを自分で足します。
（この店で普通のマヨネーズ以外、辛いマヨネーズもありますよ。）
This would be the 'Seafood Special' Okonomiyaki.
Once you get your Okonomiyaki, you can choose to either
add the Okonomiyaki Sauce or Mayonnaise or add both sauce
on top of your Okonomiyaki. Which means that you are given
the freedom to add as much sauce as you like... Woohoo~~~~~
(You can also find spicy Mayonnaise in this restaurant too.:D)

じゃ、いただきます。
味と普通の「お好み焼き」も全然違いますよ。材料が水っぽくなくて、
新鮮な材料と生地が分けて、味が混ぜずに、美味しいです。
広島風の「お好み焼き」が最高です。
Well then, time to start eating. :P
The taste of Hiroshima-styled Okonomiyaki and normal Okonomiyaki
are completely different. In this Okonomiyaki, probably due to the
fact that the ingredients and the batter are separated, therefore
the ingredients doesn't ended up to be soggy and there wouldn't be
a major mixture of taste in the Hiroshima-styled Okonomiyaki.
I personally think that this is much delicious than normal Okonomiyaki.
(By mixing multiple tasty food items together doesn't mean that you
will be getting a more delicious food, it might ended up to be one
of the most disgusting food that you have ever eaten.)

皆さん、もし広島が行ったら、この店の「お好み焼き」は少々食べてみます。
If are given the opportunity to pay Hiroshima a visit,
You probably want to give Hiroshima-styled Okonomiyaki a try.
You will ended up loving the Hiroshima-styled Okonomiyaki as
much as the normal Okonomiyaki.

日本三景・宮島 / Three most scenic spots of Japan - Miyajima

宮城県の「松島」と京都府の「天橋立」と広島県の「宮島」は日本三景です。数週間前に「天橋立」を紹介して、だから今週の主題は広島県の「宮島」です。
The islands of 'Matsushima' of 'Miyagi' prefecture, 'Amanohashidate' of 'Kyoto' prefecture and 'Miyajima' of Hiroshima prefecture are known as the three most scenic spot of Japan. Since I have blog about 'Amanohashidate' of 'Kyoto' prefecture a few weeks ago, therefore the topic this week would be 'Miyajima' of Hiroshima prefecture.

If you have obtained a 'JR Pass',
you can hop onto the 'JR West Miyajima Ferry'
to 'Miyajima' for Free.

これは僕の日本海フェリー初体験です。楽しいです。
This would be my first Ferry ride in Japan.

厳島神社の大鳥居はどんどん大きくになります。 The infamous Torii Gate of Itsukashima Shrine getting bigger and bigger.

宮島で、たくさん鹿が自由に暮らして、羨ましいなあああ。 もし人類の生活はそんなに簡単があったら、平和な世界は絶対ありえます。 しかし、残念です。夢と現実は反対です。ｳﾜｧｧ━━━━━｡ﾟ(ﾟ´Д｀ﾟ)ﾟ｡━━━━━ﾝ!!!! I envy the deers that wander around the island of 'Miyajima' with lots of freedom. If life can be as easy as this, there would be a high possibility that we would be living in a peaceful world. However, dreams are often opposite to the reality.

宮島で一番有名なところはこちです。 Once again, the infamous spot of 'Miyajima'.

実はね、宮島山上へ行って、素晴らしい景色を観賞したいです。
しかし、Ｘのために、山上へ行くの企画を諦めていました。
Ｘは何ですか？もし来週は時間があったら、少々詳しい説明します。
In fact, I was thinking of going to the peak of Miyajima.
However, for the sake of 'X', I have to drop the idea of
going up there. So what can 'X' be and what is so special
about it? If I have time in the upcoming week, I would blog
about 'X' and what is so special about it.
